This Wednesday (28), Red Bull’s team principal Christian Horner was cleared of allegations of inappropriate behavior.

The allegations against Horner came to light on February 5 and concerned inappropriate and controlling behavior towards a female colleague. A statement issued by Red Bull’s head office in Austria said that “grievance has been dismissed” and that “the complainant has a right of appeal”.

“The investigation report is confidential and contains the private information of the parties and third parties who assisted in the investigation, and therefore we will not be commenting further out of respect for all concerned”, reads the statement.
“Red Bull will continue striving to meet the highest workplace standards”. Despite the statement, Red Bull did not provide details of the allegations or the investigation. The decision was taken after an eight-week investigation.
“Red Bull is confident that the investigation has been fair, rigorous and impartial”, said a spokesperson for the company. Horner will remain in his role as team principal and chief executive of Red Bull F1.
