The announcement came after a meeting between the influencer and businesswoman and Adam Silver, the commissioner of the basketball league. This initiative is another step that strengthens ties between Kim Kardashian’s brand and the sports world. Last week, Kim Kardashian’s brand launched a campaign starring renowned figures from the sporting world, including striker Neymar, from Al-Hilal-SAU and the Brazilian National Team. In a promotional video, Neymar shared his passion for football, stating: “My name is Neymar Jr. and I’m a football player. What I like most about football is, obviously, scoring goals and dribbling. The goal is the pinnacle of football, that’s when everyone cheers, and that’s what people in the stadium look forward to. So scoring goals is the most wonderful thing in the world. And wearing that underwear.”

The recently launched SKIMS men’s line, made up of underwear and t-shirts, focuses on compression pieces. However, the businesswoman has plans to expand this line in the future, including entering the lingerie market. The official presentation of these products took place on Thursday, the 26th. The publicity campaign also featured the participation of John Bosa, former defensive end for the Miami Dolphins in the NFL, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Canadian guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA.
