According to the company, Taylor Swift’s film is on track to surpass “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never,” which grossed $99 million in its debut in 2011. It’s worth noting that 2009’s “This Is It,” which grossed US$261 million, it is not categorized as a concert film, as it only documents the preparations for Michael Jackson’s performance, who died before taking the stage.
