Kim Kardashian reprimanded daughter North West for revealing that she didn’t like Kendall Jenner’s look at the Met Gala this year.

In the last episode of “The Kardashians” released this Thursday (23), Kim Kardashian asked her daughter North West to have her back, after she revealed Kim’s real thoughts on Kendall Jenner’s 2023 Met Gala look.

Kendall wore a sparkling black bodysuit with black platform boots for the event. She appears explaining the situation to her sister Kylie Jenner, saying that North told her Kim “was lying. She told me she did not like your look”. According to Kim, the model was originally choosing between two options for the event, and that she preferred the look Kendall chose not to wear.
“There’s a thing about honesty and there’s a thing about having your mom’s back”, Kim said to North later in the episode. She also told North that when she “talks s— about someone, you can’t go tell them”. North also appears to have harsh truths about people’s Met outfits during the episode. While Kim’s dress fitting, she says that the outfit’s pearls “look like it’s from the dollar store”.
“North can be critical. I had John Galliano fitting me for a dress and North was giving notes. This is just her vibe”, explains Kim. North also revealed she liked Kim’s 2019 “dripping” Mugler dress and didn’t like the 2021 Balenciaga look. About the Balenciaga she said that “looks like you’re getting covered by a plastic bag and you’re suffocating and can’t see”.
Later in the episode, North was watching the Met red carpet with Penelope Disick, Kourtney’s daughter, and the girls critiqued some of the looks. They said that Jared Leto’s Choupette costume was “cringe”, and they “hate” Pete Davidson’s look. In a confessional Kim said that she’s “trying to teach her you don’t need to jump in and annihilate people for no reason. There’s a way to soften it up and not hurt people’s feelings”.
