Megan Fox opened up about an ectopic pregnancy she experienced when she was younger. In an interview to WWD about her new book of poetry “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous”, released this Wednesday (30), Megan talked about a miscarriage she experienced with her fiance, Machine Gun Kelly.

When speaking about the pregnancy loss, the actress said that “other things” had happened to her that she didn’t speak about publicly. “That experience was so much harder than I would’ve anticipated it being, and I’ve really analyzed, ‘Why was that? What was so difficult for me?’ Because when I was younger, I had an ectopic pregnancy, I’ve had other things that I’m not going to say because God forbid the world will be in an uproar”, said Megan.

“But I’ve been through other similar issues, but not with someone who I was so in love with”, she added. Megan is mom to Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey,7, whom she shares with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. She opened up about her miscarriage in two poems she wrote in her book.
She wrote about an ultrasound of a baby girl at 10 weeks and a day, “maybe if you hadn’t… maybe if i had…”. In another verse she wrote “I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh,” and later, “but now / I have to say / goodbye”. “I will pay any price. Tell me please / what is the ransom / for her soul?”, is on another page. Back in May 2022, Machine Gun Kelly performed at Billboard Music Awards and dedicated his song “Twin Flame” to Megan, and said “And this is for our unborn child”.
