Elisabeth Moss confirmed the speculation that she is pregnant with her first child, during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Tuesday (30).

The host Jimmy Kimmel started the interview by asking: “Are you pregnant or just an incredibly committed method actor?”, in allusion to Moss’ character becoming pregnant in “The Handmaid’s Tale”.

“A little bit of both”, joked the actress. She also said that she’s been “really lucky” in how she’s handled it so far, and added that “It’s been going really well”. Elisabeth didn’t disclose further details of her pregnancy.
The rumors of Moss’ pregnancy were fueled in December, after she was spotted rubbing her belly on the set of her latest project in Los Angeles. The actress has kept her love life out of the spotlight, and it is unclear whether she is currently in a relationship.
The actress was previously married to actor Fred Armisen for eight months between 2009 and 2010. She also dated Australian cinematographer Adam Arkapaw between 2012 and 2015.
