It seems that the delays in the beginning of the queen of pop’s shows are generating dissatisfaction among some fans. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden have filed a class action lawsuit against Madonna and Live Nation.

The two allege that the approximately two-hour show delays constitute an “uncontrolled exercise in false advertising, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive business practices.”

They are suing the diva for unspecified damages. The lawsuit specifically refers to the three nights that Madonna performed late at the Barclays Center in December, although they point out that there is a documented history of Madonna not starting her shows at the scheduled time.

Fellows and Hadden recognize that the artist faced health problems that led to the postponement of the show from July to December, but they consider that this is not a sufficient excuse for the constant delays in starting the shows.

  1. I concur with every idea you have expressed in your post; they are really well-written and will have a positive impact. But the postings are very short for newcomers; maybe you might extend them a bit in the future? I’m grateful for the post.

  2. I’m grateful. I have been looking for information on this subject for a time, and this is the best resource I have discovered thus far. What about the bottom line, though? Do you know for sure what the supply is?
