Ben Stiller, Cuba Gooding, Jr. & Hilary Duff speak to JETSS on new TV projects, staying fit and racism in Hollywood

JETSS attended the TCA’s (Television Critics Association) hosted by Viacom Media Networks on Friday, January 10th in Pasadena at the Langham Hotel. Answering questions about their shows were Ben Stiller, Cuba Gooding, Jr. Hilary Duff, Christina Hendricks, Debi Mazar and Louis Gossett Jr. among others.

Cuba Gooding, JR. spoke about his new series ‘The Book of Negroes” for the BET Network, he said Would not it be better if all the TV channels are more representative and to include all races living in the US, rather than just a single TV channel, the ‘BET’?

Ben Stiller promoted two new series for Comedy Central ‘Another Period’ and ‘Big Time in Hollywood, FL.’ His production company ‘Red Hour’ will have reality-based formatted programming. “Our new series are being produced in a more modern format and based on reality shows – with more curses, fights, betrayals. The pace of dramaturgy is faster and intends to hold more viewers, “said executive producer Ben Stiller will also make appearances as an actor during the first season of the series.”

Hilary Duff gorgeous and glowing revealed how she looks so fabulous all the time: “It’s Pilates that keeps me in shape, I simply love it and Viveca [trainer], as you know is the best!”

The new mom said about her new show for TV Land ‘Younger’. “The series is embracing age even though there’s a lie going on. There’s like common ground. All the characters in the show are helping each other get through the bumps in the road at every age. My personal view on it is I hope as I age I continue to embrace it and enjoy what it brings to me.”
