A white wedding. Nice change of pace, Game of Thrones!
Kit Harrington and Rose Leslie got married over the weekend and their Scottish, fan-fiction-brought-to-live celebration almost made up for the pain of the brutal red wedding.
Fans of the show forgot about the Night King and his army of white walkers for a minute to gush over The King in the North and Ygritte’s enchanting wedding. The newlyweds were surrounded by family, friends, and, of course, their GoT co-stars.
And with every imaginable citizen of Westeros and the Seven Kingdoms present at the ceremony, the Game Of Thrones puns and jokes were nearly as abundant as the tweets mourning over the loss of bachelor Harrington.
