Christian Bale, please stop talking!
At last night’s premiere of Exodus: Gods and Kings at the Brooklyn Museum, Bale explained on the red carpet that he certainly meant no disrespect to George Clooney while talking about him in an interview he did with WSJ Magazine, to “stop whining” about the ever-present paparazzi.
“I was scratching my head when I heard that,” stated the actor, referring to the headlines he unwittingly made. “I’ve got immense respect for him, and I can’t even begin to imagine the invasion of his privacy. Our lives don’t even begin to compare. He’s a true movie star. I’m just somebody who was lucky to get a job. I never meant any disrespect whatsoever.” He goes on to say “it quite possibly could be a well intentioned edit”
Clooney, ever so classy never addressed the rude comment made by Bale. We love you George Clooney!
