Kanye West has filed papers to have his record cleared of a blemish he got from attacking a paparazzo in LA.
The controversial rapper has filed the needed paperwork for the misdemeanour battery convictions to be wiped from his record.
TMZ reports that the 38-year-old was charged over an incident involving Daniel Ramos at the Los Angeles International Airport in July 2013.
The July 2013 scuffle was recorded on video and the publication ran the story on its site along with the video.
The rapper pleaded no contest to the charges and the court ordered him to complete 240 hours of community service and 24 hours of anger management sessions.
According to that deal, Kanye is now able to apply to have his record wiped clean.
