Kocktails with Khloé was canceled because the host of the show was not popular with staffers.
A source has told the New York Post that despite high ratings for Khloé Kardashian’s show on the FIY Network, the show was canned because of chaos behind the scenes.
“It was chaos. Nobody agreed with anybody else about what it should be or what direction it should be going,” the source said.
“Khloé’s used to being on a smash-hit show [Keeping up with the Kardashians] and being able to call the shots,” another insider said. “But it’s not like that on a small show … Eventually everyone had enough.”
Earlier this week, Khloé confirmed the cancellation of the show on social media. “Hi my loves. I’ve enjoyed every second of shooting #KocktailswithKhloe,” the 31-year-old said on Twitter on Wednesday.
“Your support each week has meant more to me than you could imagine, and I’ll continue to make time for our weekly chats,” she added.
The show’s final episode will air on 20 April and will feature high profile guests including Khloé’s sister Kim Kardashian, Kim’s husband Kanye West and A-list couple John Legend and Chrissy Teigen.
