Drake beats Rihanna, Beyoncé to most BET nods

All that work, work, work, work, work seems to be paying off for Rihanna and Drake especially as they stand to win big at the BET Awards this year.

The “Hotline Bling” hitmaker has been nominated for nine awards, while Rihanna and Beyoncé both landed five nominations, Entertainment Weekly reports.

Along with the nomination for “Hotline Bling,” Drake is also nominated for Video of the Year alongside Rihanna for “Work” while Beyoncé’s “Formation,” Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright” and Bryson Tiller’s “Don’t” round out the nominees for the top prize.

Rihanna and Drake also received a nod for Best Collaboration while Drake is in line for the Best Male Hip Hop Artist award.

The annual BET Awards will be aired live from the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angele on June 26.
