Adele’s mom has apparently been getting in on the fun at the Glastonbury Festival by camping out since Friday.
The star’s mom, Penny Adkin, has been staying at the luxury Green Fields campsite on Worthy Farm, Somerset since Friday because she wanted to experience the music fest “in full.”
“Penny loves a party just as much as Adele and she wouldn’t miss her headlining Glastonbury for the world,” a source told British newspaper Mirror Celeb.
“She wants the full experience and is camping in the Green Fields with some of the staff.”
Adele headlined the famous music festival and her proud mom wanted to experience the thrill of taking in the 28-year-old star’s performance the way the other 175,000 fans did.
“She always supports Adele at her gigs but this is going to be a special night for her watching her daughter headline the Pyramid Stage,” the source added.
“Penny is very laid back and even though she could have been put up in a house nearby she chose to really get involved.”
