Amber Heard’s legal team has predicted that Johnny Depp will give them the silent treatment in the looming restraining order trial.
The 52-year-old actor will reportedly refuse to give testimony during Friday’s trial out of fear of saying something incriminating while under oath, TMZ reports.
The publication also reports that the star is expected to skip handing in a written declaration with the likely outcome of having Amber’s request for the permanent restraining order granted.
We recently reported that Depp’s legal team have offered the 30-year-old actress a financial settlement of $50 000 in spousal support per month for eight months.
Heard’s team have reportedly not responded to the offer yet as the actress is hoping to secure a permanent restraining order against the actor in court next Friday.
This came after Heard accused Johnny Depp of domestic abuse, filed for divorce and applied for a restraining order against the 52-year-old actor in the past few weeks.
