Mariah Carey is refusing to leave James Packer’s LA mansion until he budges and buys her own of her own.
The couple recently broke off their engagement, but the diva is not packing her bags yet, TMZ reports.
According to the publication, the 46-year-old singer is staying put in Packer’s Beverly Hills home despite being ordered out.
This came after Packer reportedly fell out with Carey’s assistant on a yacht in Greece amidst growing speculation that they broke up over financial concerns from Packer’s camp.
The Australian billionaire has reportedly been receiving some financial advice warning him about the lavish gifts he had been showering his fiancé with.
Now that the relationship seems to be over, Mariah said that she uprooted her entire family to be with Packer in LA. She also reportedly had to cancel tour dates after being left distraught by the breakup.
Apparently, a $50 million mansion would heal her broken heart.
