Jennifer Lawrence endured a scary plane ride this weekend.
Liz Mahoney, a representative for the “Passengers” star, confirmed that Jennifer Lawrence’s private plane made an emergency landing in Buffalo, New York after experiencing a double engine failure.
While the plane was midflight at 31,000 feet, one of the plane’s engine failed. During the emergency landing the plane’s second engine also went out. Despite the double engine failure, the pilots managed to land the plane safely.
Laurence was flying from her native Kentucky after spending time with her family over the weekend. She was reportedly heading for Teterboro Airport in New Jersey.
The Oscar-winning actress as well as the crew members aboard left the alarming incident uninjured, her rep confirmed, despite emergency vehicles awaiting the plane as it landed.
