On Tuesday afternoon, a van plowed against a crowd in the popular tourist area of Las Ramblas in Barcelona, Spain. At least 13 people were killed, and more than 80 were injured, according to mainstream news media. The Catalonia Police Department reported that the incident was a terrorist attack, and so far, two suspects have been arrested.
