While the mystery of Khloé and Kylie’s alleged pregnancies continues, the one thing we do know for sure is that soon there will be at least one new baby arriving to the Kardashian family: the third child of Kim with husband Kanye West, set to be born in early 2018 via surrogate.
On Saturday night, the socialite celebrated the upcoming birth of her baby with an extravagant shower filled with cherry blossoms— a decorative theme that many believe indicates that North and Saint West will be older siblings to a baby girl.
Of course, the over-the-top celebration was all documented across all forms of social media by Kim herself. Her sisters— Kourtney, Khloé, Kendall, and Kylie—also shared snaps of the party on Instagram and Snapchat, including the video of a moving toast by matriarch Kris Jenner in which she refers to Kim’s new baby as “lucky number 7″—a nod to her other six grandchildren.
Other special guests included professional model and passionate Twitter user Chrissy Teigen, who didn’t arrive empty-handed and brought a homemade bundt cake baked by herself to the “tea for three” shower.
During the shower, the future mother of three let her inner businesswoman seized the opportunity to show off with her guest and exclusive preview of her new fragrance collection for KKW Beauty, which will be available starting on Wednesday.
The news that Kim and Kanye had hired a surrogate leaked back on June, but it wasn’t until two months ago, in September, when Kim herself confirmed the rumor during a supertease she shared on Twitter for season 14 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
“We’re having a baby!” Kim exclaimed in the video.
