Coachella has finally unveiled the official lineup of its 2018 edition. The now iconic poster of the Californian desert skyline has confirmed the rumors of a festival with a heavy R&B and hip-hop lineup, with Beyoncé, Eminem, and The Weeknd as headliners.
Though none of them is stranger to the mega-music festival in Indio, this is the first time for all three—Beyoncé, Eminem, and The Weeknd—as official headliners of the long-awaited event.
This year’s annual musical extravaganza includes a wide selection of artists and genres. SZA, Tyler the Creator, Post Malone, Cardi B, Kygo, and War On Drugs are just some of the artists featured on the official poster of the 19th edition of the festival.
Coachella 2017 was headed by Radiohead, Kendrick Lamar and Lady Gaga, grossing a record-breaking $114 million. Gaga replaced the originally announced headliner Beyoncé last year, after Queen B announced that she was pregnant with twins and had to reschedule her appearance to 2018 instead.
Like every year, Coachella 2018 will return to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California for two consecutive weekends, from April 13-5 to April 20-22. Tickets to the festival will be available for sale starting Friday, January 5th.
