When the queen of your app joins the thousands of people talking about your terrible re-design—well, maybe it’s time to listen… if it isn’t too late!
Kylie Jenner, also known as @kylizzlmynizzl on Snapchat, has finally added her voice to the heated and ongoing discussion among angry Snapchat users whore absolutely horrified with the app’s new interface.
“Sooo does anyone else not open Snapchat anymore? Or is it just me,” Kylie tweeted on Wednesday evening. “Ugh, this is so sad,” she added.
Given the reaction that her message received—and for the literal millions of people who have signed a petition asking demanding that Snapchat goes back to normal—, my dear Kylie, it seems like you’re not the only one who is unhappy with the recent changes on the platform.
“I hate it,” a user replied. “Nope, I’ve deleted my app,” someone else commented. “You’re the queen of Snapchat. Do something and save humanity,” a desperate fan pleaded.
Despite the growing unpopularity of the app, Snapchat’s response to the disappointing user’s reviews wasn’t as apologetic as they may have hoped. “We hear you, and appreciate that you took the time to let us know how you feel,” the company answered on change.org. “We completely understand the new Snapchat has felt uncomfortable for many.”

Luckily for Snapchat (and for you too, because, we know you’re dying to see Stormi on a story), Kylie still loves the app, her “first love”, which could mean that Jenner may not be ready to quit it all together… for now.
