The year was 2009. Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattison made our Twilight dreams come true and became Bella and Edward in real life. But then came K-Stwe’s 2012 cheating scandal and it all went down the drain.
And while they’ve kept their distance (and some may even say avoided each other) over the years since, everything is possible in vampire universe!
First, he broke up with his then-fiancée FKA Twigs in October 2017. Then, Kristen and Rob were surprisingly spotted by fans on early February, allegedly grabbing drinks together. Now, according to Hollywood Life, Pattinson desperately wants “the bond” he shares with Stewart in his life.
“Rob finds his friendship with Kristen very important. They went through so much together and he knows he will forever be tied to her and wants to always be friendly with her. They might not talk every day, they will not get back together romantically and they may not hang out all the time. But he appreciates the bond they have and is always finding it important nowadays to make her a friend for life and repair any animosity they may have had with each other,” a source close to the couple says.
