James McAvoy, Bill Hader, And Jessica Chastain Join The Losers’ Club In “It: Chapter 2”

The Losers’ Club is all grown up!

While the release date of It: Chapter 2 is still over a year away, we’re starting to get a better idea of what the adult-counterparts of the pre-teens unlikely heroes will look like.

As we approach to the start of the production of the highly anticipated horror thriller, the cast continues to fill. While most fans are anxiously awaiting to hear that Bill Hader and James McAvoy have officially joined the Losers’ Club, we’ve learned that two more members have already signed on to fight Pennywise.

Various reports have now confirmed that The Wire and Sinister actor James Ransone has been cast as Eddie Kaspbrak. He’ll be joined by Here And Now actor Andy Bean according to Variety, playing the adult Stanley Uris in the film.

The 2017 flick followed the first half of Stephen King’s novel, the telling the story of a group of children who are terrorized by and evil clown and forced to face their own demons to defeat him. Chapter 2 will take the story further where Pennywise returns 27 years later to torment the grown-up members of the Losers’ Club.

The film will be directed by Andres Muschietti from the original flick, and it’s slated to hit the theaters on September 06, 2019.

Apart from Ransone and Bean, the film will also star Jessica Chastain as Beverly Hills and Bill Skarsgard, reprising his role as Pennywise the Clown.

So if Hader and McAvoy do officially join, that only leaves Mike and Ben to cast in the film. Meanwhile, let us continue practicing our creepy Pennywise dance moves.
