Wonder Woman meets Jumanji.
Fast and Furious co-stars Gal Gadot and Dwayne Johnson are teaming up again to star in the new action movie Red Notice, an original tentpole concept from the mind of Rawson Marshal Thurber, who previously worked with Johnson on Central Intelligence and Skyscraper, and who is also se to helm the movie.
Though the premise for the movie is currently under wraps, as does details on The Rock’s role, Red Notice is described as “a globe trotting action comedy” with Gadot reportedly playing a “brilliant and mysterious figure in the art world.”
Dwayne took to social media to celebrate his top choice’s addition to the team after eyeing her for months. “I wrote Gal’s name down on my vision board 6 weeks ago,” he wrote. “Today, she’s officially my co-star in Red Notice.”
The movie will also feature another leading male actor, yet-to-be announced. “I have one more name going up on the vision board that will complete our trio,” Johnson teased. “One dude I have in mind who I think the world would love to see play opposite myself and Gal in this big globe trotter.”
Something tells us that “one dude” isn’t Vin Diesel. But that’s just us.
