Mila Kunis Admits She’s To Blame For “Horrible, Horrible Breakup” With Macaulay Culkin

Before finding her Prince Charming on her That ‘70s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis dated America’s favorite child actor Macaulay Culkin. And though the two of them were together for quite some time, from 2002 and the next following eight years, their relationship was evidently not meant to last.

In a recent appearance on Dax Shepard’s podcast Armchair Expert, the 34-year-old actress revisited her first high-profile relationship. And, looking back on their time together, Mila undoubtedly takes the blame for the destruction of her romance with Macaulay.

“I f— up. I was an a— on my 20’s and I’ll be the first to admit it,” Kunis confessed. “And that’s something that took me a long time to come out and be like, ‘Yeah, you know what, I was a d—,’ and accept it and I own it now.” She concluded: “It’s f— up what I did, and it’s f— up how I did it.”

The Bad Moms star declined to go into details as to what exactly she did or their “horrible, horrible, horrible breakup”, but she did say it affected her so much that when she became single, she needed to “figure myself out.”

“I genuinely need to know why I did what I did, and, like, regroup myself as a human being,” she added.

However, a marriage, two kids, and nearly 7 years since her breakup with Culkin, according to her own sources, Kunis does believe that things have long smoothed over between the former couple, despite whatever terrible thing she did.

“You know, it’s been so long… I feel like enough time has gone by,” she stated. “I think enough mutual friends have been like, everybody kind of forgave everybody for what went down.”

Do you think Macaulay screamed “I hope I never see you again” when he broke up with Mila? Seems like the young McCallister boy didn’t learn to be careful what one wishes for!
