What’s better than Paul Rudd? 2 Paul Rudds.
As if becoming much smaller and larger versions of himself in Marvel’s Ant-Man wasn’t good enough, Paul Rudd has now signed up to lead a new Netflix series in which he’ll play two versions of himself.
Living With Yourself will see Rudd take on a dual role, as he stars as a man who is unhappy with his life and, in his attempt to become a better person, he decides to undergo a radical new treatment which will see him being replaced by a new and improved version of himself, only to find out “his own worst enemy is himself.”
So basically, this new “fresh and inventive” comedy, as described by Netflix, will pit Paul Rudd against his mortal enemy… Paul Rudd.
No release date has been set for the first eight-episode season of Living With Yourself, but it feels like sometime next year would be a good guess. Until then, you can see Rudd do sci-fi in the Netflix original movie Mute.
