For some reason, multiple outlets have been reporting that Lady Gaga is pregnant, even claiming that her ex-fiancé, Christian Carino, or her A Star Is Born co-star Bradley Cooper is the father of her child.
And as it turns out, the singer just confirmed that she is, in fact, pregnant… with her sixth studio album. The pop sensation took to Twitter to tease fans about her upcoming production and mock tabloid rumors that she is expecting.
“Rumors I’m pregnant?” reads the post, “Yeah, I’m pregnant with #LG6:”
Fans have been speculating about her big return to the music scene since they notice the singer recently followed produced Bloodpop and Rihanna (who is also coming out with a new album)—which could mean Gaga’s sixth studio album will feature collaborations with these two.
Though no release date has been announced yet, Lady Gaga has already had a pretty busy 2019.
In February, she won her first ever Oscar after the Academy named Shallow the Best Original Song of the Year. The same track also won her a Golden Globe in January. Lady Gaga also picked up three Grammys last month, using her speech to raise awareness about mental health.
The superstar is also starting a Las Vegas residency in June 2019 titled ENIGMA. “We’re creating a show unlike anything I’ve done before,” she said in a statement. “It will be a celebration of all that is unique and different within us.”
So, yes, Lady Gaga is pregnant with her Joanne follow up album. And it will no doubt ibrth some huge bangers!
