The former Project Runway has said “auf wiedersehen” to singlehood. But what’s even more surprising is that she did months ago! According to reports, Heidi Klum married Tom Kaulitz in a secret ceremony back in February.
Tabloid TMZ recover public documents that show the couple obtained a marriage certificate just two months after their engagement in December 2018. The German love birds then tied the knot on February 22, which marked the one-year anniversary of their first date.
News that Heidi Klum married Tom Kaulitz comes months after the model, 46, defended her relationship with 29-year-old Tokio Hotel guitarist.
Speaking of their 17-year age gap, Klum said: “My boyfriend is many years younger than me, and lots of people are questioning that and asking about it… I don’t really think about it that much. You have to just live a happy life without worrying too much about what people think because worrying is only going to give you more wrinkles.”
This marks Tom Kaulitz’s second marriage for. As for Heidi Klum, she was first married to stylist Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002. She then married musician Seal from 2005 to 2014.
