EIGHT businesswomen across a wide variety of FORTUNE 500 companies have been recognised by the WeQual USA 2020 Awards.

The 24 US 2020 finalists are from a wide range of sectors and companies within the Fortune 500 including: Frito Lay, PepsiCo, McDonald’s, Cisco, Verizon, Dupont, CenturyLink, P&G, Alabama Power, Accenture, S&P Global, Albertson Companies, Kellogg’s, BAE Systems, Fannie Mae, Philip Morris International and Mastercard.

“The glass-ceiling concept has been an issue for decades, and the drop-off is steepest just
below the C-suite. I launched WeQual to address this drop by championing diversity and
equality at the top,” said Katie Litchfield, founder and CEO of WeQual.

“WeQual recognizes that ending workplace inequality is a must,” said Deirdre Mahlan,
