Billy Ray Cyrus and Firerose appeared to confirm the engagement rumors. The two shared a series of photos together and in the records you can see Firerose sporting a diamond ring on her left ring finger.

The musicians don’t directly comment on their relationship status, but they captioned the joint Instagram post, “Happy Autumn.” In the comments, Damon Elliott, who previously worked with Billy Ray, congratulated the couple, adding a ring emoji.

During an appearance on Live With Kelly & Ryan in August 2021, Firerose shared how she met the singer on the set of Billy and Miley Cyrus’ hit Disney Channel series Hannah Montana.
“We actually met 10 years ago on the set of Hannah Montana,” the “All Figured Out” songstress said. “Billy Ray’s been a phenomenal supporter of my music ever since. He just really believed in me and continued to tell me to pursue my dreams no matter what and not give up. The music industry is not easy, but he’s been just a really, really incredible support [sic].”
The alleged announcement comes about six months after the country singer and Tish Cyrus announced their divorce. Billy and Tish were together for nearly 30 years. Over the course of their relationship, the couple broke up three times, the most recent being in April of this year. The first divorce happened in 2010, but they reconciled, the second time took place in 2013; however, the pair apparently resolved their marital issues at the time. They have five children together, Miley Cyrus, 29; Brandi Glenn Cyrus, 35; Noah Cyrus, 22; Trace Cyrus, 33, and Braison Cyrus, 28.
