Is well known that no one hates the Stephanie Mayer’s vampire saga longer and harder than its actual cast—specially its leading actress. Not only because it tells the story of a 108-year-old who falls in love with a teenage girl (need we say more?), but also because the life of Kristen Stewart after Twilight was full of mindless hate.
“Say I do a big franchise movie about a vampire that falls in love with a normal girl,” said the actress in an interview in 2015. “It’s like ‘Now do you want to show them what you can be real, serious actor?’ It’s like, ‘Was I not being real, serious actor?’”
And though it’s safe to say that she won’t be signing on for Twilight 6: Return of the Vampires, we have Bella Swan to thank for the outstanding performances of Kristen Stewart after Twilight. Because, after all, that’s the film that kicked her career into high gear.
