Henry left Sunday’s (3) game during the fourth quarter of the Titans 31-28 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. He was evaluated in the blue tent on the sideline, but walked to the locker room without his helmet and didn’t return to the game. He was replaced by rookie Tyjae Spears.

The running back could be sidelined for Week 14. He will be eligible to return to action after he makes it through the league’s concussion protocol, so it’s possible he will miss the game against the Miami Dolphins next Monday (11). If he is unable to play, Spears should replace him again.

Henry signed a four-year and $50 million extension in 2020, so he is in the final year of that deal with the team. He produced at a high level in his walk-on year, rushing for 841 yards and eight touchdowns in 12 games.
