The victory celebrates the influence that the University of Michigan played in the various disputes on the field, and how it remained in the face of controversies related to suspensions, investigations and illicit schemes. The result could not have been better and after 26 years, since 1996, they obtained the national title.

“The season couldn’t have been better. It was exactly how we wanted to win every game. So yeah, that’s really what I wanted to say. It was exactly how we wanted. Glorious victory, I couldn’t be more proud and happy of our team, 15-0. He faced all opponents. The last surviver. It feels great,” Jim Harbaugh said.

The coach continued to thank: “I also want to emphasize that nothing was sophisticated here. There was nothing surprising. It was just good old-fashioned teamwork, good old-fashioned hard work from these players and these coaches and none of us are up here taking a deep, long bow because we know this was just good old-fashioned teamwork.”

Previously, the dispute between the University of Michigan over Alabama, in Pasadena – California, in the Rose Bowl Game gained even greater visibility, obtaining a record audience of 27.2 million viewers. The game was considered historic since since 2018 there had been no numbers close to those scored in competitions other than the National Football League (NFL).
