Rumors arose that the rapper had used the song “Los Pits” from his new album, released last Friday, to make a dig at the Colombian singer.

In the track “Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana”, the singer states that “now men cry, yes, but without stopping making money”, a phrase that was immediately associated with the success “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53”, a collaboration between Shakira and Argentine Bizarrap.

The most recognized part of the song features Shakira’s statement that “women don’t cry anymore, women make money”, which raised speculation about a possible reference in Bad Bunny’s song. After the repercussion of the song, Shakira did not miss the similarity between the lyrics and chose to speak out through Instagram stories. She suggested, “Let’s cash in together then,” tagging Bad Bunny in the post. So far, the Puerto Rican singer has not commented on the matter.
