The Rolling Stones, after 18 years, will finally release an album built only with unpublished recordings. The legendary band announced Hackney Diamonds at a press conference at London’s “Hackney Empire”, England, streamed live on their YouTube channel and hosted by NBC host Jimmy Fallon.

The new album, which will arrive on October 20, is produced by Andrew Watt and will feature 12 tracks made in the last four years, containing a recording with his former bassist Bill Wyman and two with drummer Charlie Watts, who passed away in 2021.

Speaking about the new work, Mick Jagger said: “We are here to present our new single called ‘Angry’ and the new video. Our new album ‘Hackney Diamonds’ is coming out October 20th. We had to make a record that we really love and we’re happy with it and I hope you all are too.

The first single, therefore, is “Angry”, which has just had its music video released on their YouTube.
