According to documents obtained by Page Six, Sawyer filed a restraining order on January 12, alleging that Dlamini knocked Doja’s teeth out. She added that the singer needs protection against him, after he gave her a series of cuts and bruises.

Sawyer claims that Raman has been physically abusive toward her “several times” over the past year and threatened to kill her. She states that she has been granted temporary restraining orders against her son since 2017, but it has expired.

According to TMZ, a judge granted Sawyer’s request for temporary court-ordered protection, pending a hearing for a permanent restraining order. As for Doja, it was not granted the same protection, since she would need to file her own restraining order request.

Doja has not spoken about the subject. The singer has been active on her social media, since she took to Instagram on Tuesday (16) to share Coachella’s 2024 lineup.
