‘Oppenheimer’ dominates BAFTA nominations

BAFTA 2024 revealed its nominees this morning (18), with ‘Oppenheimer’ leading the way with 13 nominations and ‘Poor Things’ coming in second place with 11 nominations.

As a result, Martin Scorsese’s ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ was snubbed in the director and leading actor and actress categories. Still, the film was remembered for best film and supporting actor for Robert De Niro.

Furthermore, on the 10th, the organization announced the nominees in the Rising Star category, the only one on its list in which the public decides the winner.
