Timothée Chalamet reveals Leonardo DiCaprio advised him not to make superhero movies

]Actor Timothée Chalamet is one of the biggest names of his generation, but he doesn’t care about superhero movies. According to him, the decision to stay away from this genre of film is because of an advice he received from Leonardo DiCaprio.

Last year, the “Dune” star had said that one of his idols had advised him “not to use hard drugs and not make a hero movie”, but he declined to reveal the veteran’s name. Now, in an interview with British Vogue, he has confirmed DiCaprio’s identity. But the actor did not explain what problem the “Titanic” actor sees in superhero movies.

Timothée Chalamet is shooting the second part of the movie “Dune”, which is scheduled to be released in 2023. In the interview, the actor also talked about his role as Willy Wonka in “Wonka”, directed by Paul King, a prequel to “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”  directed by Paul King. Chalamet defines the film as “so sincere and joyous”. The film will focus on Willy Wonka’s youth and how he met the Oompa-Loompas on one of his first adventures.

He added that there are seven musical numbers in the film. Wonka’s premiere is scheduled for March 17, 2023.
