Furthermore, the leader promised an “unprecedented” package for Israel’s defense against Hamas. Thus, the statement was made during a speech in Tel Aviv.

With this, it is worth remembering that in order to discuss the conflict in the region, Biden arrived in Israel this Wednesday and met with the country’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.

During the meeting, the American president stated that the USA will provide everything Israel needs to defend itself.

Thus, in his speech, Joe Biden said that Hamas’ actions on October 7 were reminiscent of the worst attacks by the Islamic State. “These are atrocities that remind us of the worst acts of the Islamic State,” he said.

According to the Democrat, Hamas’ action can be compared to the tragedy of September 11, 2001, when planes controlled by terrorists crashed into the twin towers in New York.
