A recent CBS News/YouGov poll revealed that former President Donald Trump has the support of 69% of potential voters in Republican primaries across the country.

This result comes on the eve of the Iowa caucus, scheduled for this Monday (15), representing the highest level of support recorded for the former president in the CBS News/YouGov poll to date.

In the following numbers, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has the support of 14% of potential primary voters, while former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley has 12%. In turn, technology entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy is supported by 4%, and former Arkansas governor Asa Hutchinson by 1%. Half of likely Republican primary voters say they are certain about who to vote for.

The CBS News/YouGov online poll was conducted Jan. 10-12, involving a random national sample of 2,870 adults, including 786 potential Republican primary voters.
