Last Tuesday (16), in a press conference, the owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, Steve Ballmer, announced that the team’s official arena, Intuit Dome, will host the National Basketball Association’s All-Star Game ( NBA) in 2026. The news was confirmed by the Association’s commissioner, Adam Silver.

The arena located in Inglewood, California – USA, is still in the construction process and is expected to be completed in the last few months of this year or early 2025. As the home of the Los Angeles Clippers is not yet ready, the team continues to train at Crypto.com Arena, in Los Angeles, sharing space with the Los Angeles Lakers team.

The occasion was celebrated by the team owner as well as the athletes, serving as an inspiration for preparing for the matches. The commissioner of the National Basketball Association (NBA), Adam Silver, was surprised by the tour and praised the construction and structure that the arena will have: “I think I’ve seen practically every major arena in the world at this point, 32 years in the NBA.
