The man surprised her during his presentation at a panel in New York. At the time, singer Renée Rapp helped Drew protect herself and removed her from the stage. The man identified as Chad Michael Busto, 43, was arrested on a fourth-degree misdemeanor stalking charge. However, he was released after a hearing. Even so, he will have to wear an electronic ankle bracelet to keep away from the actress.

The man pleaded not guilty and was released without bail. A new hearing is scheduled to take place soon.
