Supermodel Gisele Bündchen shared on her social networks tips for dealing with stress. She made a list of habits that can help you maintain balance. In a post, Gisele appeared doing Yoga poses, and inviting her followers to practice step-by-step to deal with stress.

For Gisele, it’s important to maintain a balance between physical and mental. “Dealing with stress is part of life, and while we can’t always control the situations that happen to us, we can choose how we react to them and try to find healthy ways to deal with it,” she said.

 

Follow the muse’s step-by-step instructions: 

1- Do physical activity. “It doesn’t have to be lifting weights at the gym, find something you love,” she said. 

2- Walk in nature. “Spending 20 minutes a day connecting with nature.” 

3- Meditation/Breathing. “Find a comfortable, quiet place, focus on your breathing, let your mind and body calm down.” 

4- Use herbal supplements. “It can help the body’s resilience to physical and mental stress”. 5- Eat a balanced diet. “Try to eat more foods that nourish your body.”

In an interview with People, Gisele revealed that she found her well-being. For her, well-being is living life outdoors. She explained that she keeps her routine as healthy as possible, and always in contact with nature. “Nature is my best treatment,” she said. Currently living in Miami with her two children, the top admitted that she likes the atmosphere of the place. “I love the sun,” he concluded.
