“The Notebook” premiered almost 13 years ago. The film managed to no not only catapulted Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams’ acting careers to stardom, but it also became a romantic classic of the early twenty-first century that still to this day continues to ache our hearts every time we watch it.

Now, the romantic drama is about to celebrate one more year of pouring tears and deep sighs from basically everyone who has watched it—even the toughest guys. Do not try to deny it, no one is strong enough to resist the painful farewell of senile Noah and Allie in the nursery home.
