Call it terrific trust or deep denial, but Katy Perry seems to be totally cool with the pictures of Orlando Bloom getting frisky with Selena Gomez.
The 31-year-old singer recently took to Twitter with an unexpected and somewhat bizarre response to the photo scandal surrounding her actor boyfriend and Selena.
“Instead of giving energy & eyeballs to dumb conspiracy check out how CooL this is (sic),” she tweeted with a link directing to a TIME article about Bloom’s work for UNICEF in the Ukraine.
She also included the hashtag “#dontfeedthebeast” to her tweet.
Meanwhile, her gal pal Selena also chimed in by reposting Katy’s tweet, followed by another, saying: ”#killemwithkindness -one day they’ll get it lol (sic).”
Selena Gomez has been in the news frequently as of late. Before it emerged that she hungrily embraced the 39-year-old Orlando Bloom in a Las Vegas night club, a video showing her crumpling a Justin Bieber’s fan’s sign at one of her shows went viral.
The sign read “MARRY JUSTIN PLEASE.”
