Kim Kardashian has called in the help of special forces veterans to investigate the armed robbery that took place last week.
Kim was bound, gagged and robbed of jewels worth millions in Paris last Monday and now she and husband Kanye West has called in experts to help them overhaul their personal security.
“They’ve decided to use their own experts as part of their security overhaul,” a source close to the couple told Sunday People. “Some of them have worked for the world’s top intelligence agencies. If anyone can get to the bottom of what went on, these guys will.”
“For Kim, it’s about feeling safe. She needs to know that a security breach like this will never happen again,” the source continued. “For Kanye, it’s about knowing exactly who is responsible.”
We recently also reported that Kim is considering hiring a body double to confuse would-be attackers in the future.
Kanye postponed two dates of his Saint Pablo tour to look after Kim and insiders said the rapper felt helpless about the situation.
“Kanye says that it has been one of the hardest times of his life, that he feels helpless,” the source said. “This is a guy who isn’t used to feeling helpless at all. He’s usually in control.”
“And now he sees that he could have lost her, and there wasn’t a thing he could do about it.”
