Kim Kardashian: I will stop bragging online

Kim Kardashian has vowed to stop flaunting her wealth on social media after she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris earlier this week.

The reality TV star had to hand over her 20-carat Lorraine Schwartz ring, worth $4.5million, along with her jewelry box containing jewels worth $6.7 million when five armed robbers gained entry to her luxury residence, Daily Mail reports.

Kim’s husband Kanye West gifted her the gorgeous ring that was seen sparkling on her finger in Snapchat posts on Sunday evening hours before the robbery.

After being bound, gagged and locked in her bathroom at gunpoint, Kim has agreed with critics who say she made herself a target with her constant flaunting on social media, TMZ reports.

“Material things mean nothing. It’s not all about the money. It’s not worth it,” she reportedly told the publication.

She has also decided to take a month off work to rethink how she puts her life on display on social media.

In a bizarre recent twist in the investigation of the robbery, the concierge of Kim’s building told police in a statement that the robbers got by him after simply saying: “It’s urgent – we must see Miss Kardashian!”

Police are very concerned about the inconsistencies in the story of the yet unnamed concierge who first told police the men also held him at gunpoint before entering Kim’s apartment.

Police say low ranking night-staff like him do not have easy access to the expensive apartments and it is fishy, because there is no sign of forced entry…
