“There are no words in any language that can describe what my heart wants to say,” wrote Kunal Nayyar. “This ride has been a dream come true,” said Kaley Cuoco. However, it seems like the Big Bang Theory’s cast are the only ones mourning the show’s ending.
On Wednesday, it was announced that the upcoming 12th season of the NBC comedy series will be its last. And though the cast and producers took to social media to thank the fans for their enduring support, there were many that, unlike them, actually feel relieved that the long nightmare is finally over.
Now, the show obviously has a strong fan base given the fact that it’s been on air for over a decade—the longest-running multi-camera sitcom in television history. But the amount of people who are celebrating The Big Bang Theory’s impending ending is, well, banging (haha get it?). See for yourself in our photo gallery above.
