Karlie Kloss and Christian Siriano are stepping in. So you can keep your auf wiedersehen. Seems like Project Runway isn’t over after all!
Bravo has found a replacement for Heidi Klum. Karlie Kloss is replacing the German beauty as the news host and executive producer of the fashion competition, with Christian Siriano taking over Tim Gunn’s role as mentor.
The pair will be joined by fashion designer Branon Maxwell and former Teen Vogue editor-in-chief Elaine Welteroth as judges in place of Zac Pose. Nina Garcia is set to return as a judge.
Looking forward to her new role, Karlie explained: “As someone who grew up watching Project Runway, I could not be more excited to host and produce a series that provides a platform to aspiring American designers as they pursue their creative and entrepreneurial dreams.”
As for Siriano, he’s equally thrilled to join the show. “Project Runway has offered such wonderful opportunities for so many and I’m excited to take on this role as a mentor. I hope to guide and inspire the new talent on the rise.”
Kloss and Siriano will replace former stars Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn after the iconic duo announced their exit from the show in September. The supermodel and the fashion consultant revealed they were set to star on a new fashion reality show with Amazon.
Will Karlie Kloss and Christian Siriano make it work? Can’t wait for Season 17 of Project Runway!
