Ellen DeGeneres puts Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $52.5MILLION … after scooping up the estate from Adam Levine

Ellen DeGeneres is looking to turn a hefty profit on her amazing Beverly Hills mansion.

The 63-year-old star and her wife Portia De Rossi have listed their 10,000 square foot property through luxury real estate agent Kurt Rappaport for an eye-popping $53.5million, first reported thi Monday (1).

In 2019, the couple purchased the stunning home for $45million from Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine. Ellen could potentially pocket $10million in profits if the spectacular, secluded mansion sells for her asking price.

According to the Westside Estate Agency, where the home is being listed, Ellen and Portia ‘completely renovated’ the already jaw-dropping home in 2020.

The mansion boasts five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen and a 50 ft living room complete with a stone fireplace.

Other stand out features include a tennis court, media room, gym, pool, outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and guest house. The master suite alone is larger than many single family homes at 2,000 sq ft with an attached sitting room and en suite bathroom.

Ellen and Portia bought the property from Adam Levine and his supermodel wife Behati Prinsloo just two years ago at $2million less than asking.

The Voice coach had reportedly got the property himself just a year prior, in March 2018, from Will and Grace creator Max Mutchnick for $35.5million.
